i have known jessica for a very long time! she was a student in the small group i used to lead when she was in middle school + high school. i have photographed her senior portraits, she has been in a ton of behind the scenes tutorials videos for me, and so much more. when i was in seattle visiting from new york city she booked a couple portrait session as a gift to her boyfriend for valentine’s day! for the photographers wondering, these images were shot on a canon 5d mark iv + sigma 35mm art lens during beautiful golden hour. the snow created the most perfect natural reflection and really amped up the dreamy golden hour lighting situation. you might recognize this location from julie + kurt’s wedding anniversary photoshoot. click here to view my different portrait packages and here get in contact with me to schedule yours!
I photographed Julie and Kurt’s wedding two years ago and today I get to share their two-year wedding anniversary photos! julie is one of my best friends fro high school and i adore kurt! they are such an amazing, goldy couple and it has been an honor documenting their love story. we drove out into the snowy mountains of washington state, just an hour or so from seattle, during golden hour and the setting was beautiful! i am in seattle and booking portrait sessions until the second week of march, click here to view my different portrait packages and here get in contact with me to schedule yours!

Ryan + Lauren got engaged last weekend and it was the most beautiful proposal I have ever captured! From the rain to cobblestone streets to gorgeous Soho architecture, this engagement was straight out of a movie. Lauren’s reaction was so precious + joyful and i am so happy to have been able to document it for them. ryan popped the question on a sentimental street that they take walks on. afterward, lauren was surprised by her close friends and family at the arlo hotel in downtown.
Sola + Sam are a husband and wife duo from Seattle, Washington. They are incredible wedding photographers (and videographers!) and were in NYC to shoot a wedding. They contacted me to document their time and are so adorable, I can't get over it!
Be sure to get in contact with me before I leave to Paris for the rest of the summer if you're interested in booking me in NYC!
I absolutely loved capturing Shana and Ray's love story last weekend. They are such a tender couple and are getting married in Jamaica next summer. We went all-out with their NYC engagement session. Their session started outside the Plaza Hotel and ended in Central Park South.
The photographs outside of the plaza hotel + the backlit ones on the lake were edited using my 'Saturday' preset from my red letter days adobe preset pack. All black and white images were edited with the 'Monday' preset from red letter days. Shot with my Canon 5d Mark IV + Sigma 35mm art lens. Their session took place during golden hour (7:00pm), making for the best soft and dreamy light of the day. I even surprised them with a little 30 second video from their session...I couldn't resist, they were just so sweet!
Interested in booking your photo session? I am only in NYC for a few more weeks before I head to Paris for the summer. Check out my package options here + click here to get in contact. Let's make it happen!
