London to New York City | Central Park Elopement

Hannah and Dan are from London, England. They flew over to New York City for a weekend to elope. I absolutely love to photograph elopments. All look different! Some couples have a few friends & family and some opt for just them. I love all types but there is something special about just the two. Hannah and Dan were so tender, radiant, and kind. I loved tagging along with them on their special day to document their wedding.

Here’s our NYC locations from the wedding day: The ceremony took place in Central Park’s Lady’s Pavilion. We made our way to Bethesda Fountain Terrace and Bow Bridge in Central Park West for portraits after the ceremony. Then, we wandered thru the Central Park Mall for pretzels before catching a taxi cab to Brooklyn. My favorite images from the day were at the Brooklyn Bridge during golden hour. After the sun went down we did portraits on Washington Street which frames the Manhattan Bridge in Dumbo.

I used this camera for the photoshoot, this 35mm lens (buy it used here!) and this 50mm lens (buy used here, too!).

I have uploaded a complete gallery for you to view. So yes, image overload ahead! However, I find it helpful if you are a bride or groom who might be interested in inquiring about my services to see how I photograph the entirety of your wedding day. If you’re interested in scheduling a photo shoot with me, whether that be an engagement or elopement you can find out booking information here.
